Adventures of Eating 101 will change that permanently. NO FADS OR SCAM DIETS. Just the establishment of proactive and healthy habits that will allow you to reclaim your body and have a guilt free relationship with food.
Adventures of Eating 101 will provide you with the tools on how to fuel and listen to your body for your overall lifestyle goals.
The goal is to teach you how to become your own nutrition coach. This is obtained by learning how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle by building a relationship with food, not coach you through a temporary end date diet.
You will meet once a week for check ins after the initial consultation. Based on your goals (and deadlines if any) we will start with a base calorie amount and work from there.
The nutrition guideline provided will be macronutrient amounts revolving around your current activities.
